Scalp reduction

This is a rear procedure and involves removing the bald area and replacing it with hair bearing scalp. In order to make this replacement, the hair bearing scalp is stretched. Scalp reduction is a very expensive procedure and due to the increased chances of tightening the scalp, it is less preferred as it could lead to the thinning of the scalp.

Each case for transplantation is not the same and response to transplant will be different for each case.
